2. Registration and Payment Terms

- Registration is complete only upon full payment of the Registration Fee
- Registration is non-transferable without prior written consent from the Organizer
- The Organizer reserves the right to reject any registration without stating reasons
- False or incorrect information provided during registration may result in cancellation
2.2 Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Registration Fees are subject to applicable taxes
- Payment methods accepted:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Digital Wallets
- Transaction fees, if any, are to be borne by the Participant
2.3 No-Refund Policy
STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY:
Please note that all ticket purchases for Synapse Conclave 2025 are final and non-refundable. By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change in personal plans or schedule conflicts
- Unable to attend due to business or personal commitments
- Travel or visa issues
- Medical emergencies
- Event schedule or speaker changes
- Registration fees cannot be transferred to future events
- Ticket transfers to other individuals are subject to organizer approval and may incur an administrative fee
- In case of event cancellation by the organizer:
- The organizer may offer credit for future events
- Alternative digital access may be provided
- The format may be changed to virtual without refund
ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By proceeding with the registration, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
3. Event Participation
3.1 Access and Identification
- Participants must carry valid government-issued photo ID
- Event badges/passes must be worn visibly at all times
- Access to sessions/areas is subject to the registered ticket category
- The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry without proper identification
3.2 Code of Conduct
- Participants must maintain professional behavior throughout the Event
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated
- Photography/recording permissions must be obtained from the Organizer
- Dress code: Business/Business Casual attire
3.3 Intellectual Property
- All Event content is protected by copyright laws
- Unauthorized recording or sharing of Event content is prohibited
- The Organizer retains rights to all Event materials and presentations
- Participant presentations must be original or properly licensed
4. Modifications and Cancellations

- The Organizer reserves the right to:

- Change the Event venue or format (physical/virtual)
- Postpone or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances

The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature, government restrictions, wars, riots, strikes, or any other circumstance beyond reasonable control.

- Participants attend the Event at their own risk
- The Organizer is not responsible for:
- Personal injury or property damage
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Travel or accommodation issues
- Technical difficulties during virtual sessions
- Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage
