STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY:

Please note that all ticket purchases for Synapse Conclave 2025 are final and non-refundable. By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Change in personal plans or schedule conflicts
  • Unable to attend due to business or personal commitments
  • Travel or visa issues
  • Medical emergencies
  • Event schedule or speaker changes
• Registration fees cannot be transferred to future events
• Ticket transfers to other individuals are subject to organizer approval and may incur an administrative fee
• In case of event cancellation by the organizer:
  • The organizer may offer credit for future events
  • Alternative digital access may be provided
  • The format may be changed to virtual without refund

ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By proceeding with the registration, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
